Book Your Appointment →If you've been found inadmissible to the United States, a US entry waiver (Form I-192) is how you ask US Customs and Border Protection for permission to enter. A core part of that application is proof of your Canadian criminal history — a certified RCMP criminal record check, which is fingerprint-based. That check is captured by digital LiveScan: we take your fingerprints electronically and submit them to the RCMP, and you receive a certified result to include with your waiver package. It's the Canadian side of your file — clean, official, and in the form the process expects.
