Your Canadian police certificate is a certified RCMP criminal record check, and it's fingerprint-based: we capture your prints by digital LiveScan and submit them to the RCMP, and you receive the certified result to include with your Canadian PR, Express Entry, sponsorship or citizenship application. Whether you need a PCC for Canadian PR, an Express Entry profile, or citizenship, this is the fingerprinting step IRCC's police certificate requires. If you've also lived in another country, that certificate comes from there — and some countries require ink fingerprints, which we take too.
