Stayner, Creemore & Clearview

Fingerprinting for Stayner & Clearview Township, the easy way.

Clearview Township covers Stayner, Creemore, New Lowell, Nottawa and the surrounding countryside between Barrie and Georgian Bay. It is agricultural and trades country with a strong small-manufacturing and food-production streak, sitting close enough to Collingwood and Wasaga Beach that plenty of residents work in the tourism economy next door.

Fingerprinting demand here is steady rather than dramatic: employment checks for people starting new jobs, volunteer screening through schools and community organizations, immigration and citizenship applications, and the occasional record suspension. Our Barrie office is about 35 minutes east along Highway 26.

Two Ways To Get It Done

Groups of 5+

On-site mobile service

Mobile service is built for employers and organizations fingerprinting a group on-site. Minimum 5 people, with custom pricing based on location and group size — so it is not the same price as an individual walk-in. If it's just you, the Barrie office is faster and cheaper.

Two valid government-issued photo IDs — a passport and driver's licence, or passport and PR card, for example — plus any request letter from your employer, IRCC, or whoever asked for the check. The appointment itself takes about 10–15 minutes.
If a Canadian body is asking, it's almost always digital LiveScan, submitted electronically to the RCMP. If the FBI or a foreign government is asking, it's almost always an ink card. Read your letter for "certified criminal record check" (digital) versus "fingerprint card" or "FD-258" (ink) — or call and read it to us before you drive.
No — walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday 9:00AM–5:00PM. We are also open Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM–1:00PM by appointment; call first. If you are driving in from out of town, booking online means you won't wait.
Digital LiveScan submissions are transmitted to the RCMP electronically and results are typically issued in days. Ink cards are completed the same visit and handed to you — the authority you submit them to sets its own processing time.
