Read your request letter. "Fingerprint card" or "FD-258" means ink — that's us. "Certified criminal record check" means a Canadian digital submission, and for that there may well be something closer to Newmarket. We'd rather tell you that on the phone than have you make the trip for nothing.

Straight up Highway 400 from Newmarket — roughly 40 minutes — then a few minutes east. Free parking on site. Open Monday to Friday 9:00AM–5:00PM, plus Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM–1:00PM by appointment, which is often the easiest option if you're coming from out of town.
